Click “Connect with Zoom” and authorize the app to view your recordings.
Your recordings will be displayed in the sidebar. Search or filter by date range. Click to add or remove.
Note: there is a 1-month date range search (from<>to) due to Zoom API restrictions.
Paste one or more Zoom recording links into the textbox and click “Add”.
Note: password-protected recordings cannot be added through this method.

If you see this message while connecting your Zoom account for the first time, please contact the admin for your Zoom organisation account to have them make these changes:
Go to Zoom user permissions and toggle off the pre-approval setting for “Publicly listed apps”.
Alternatively, go to the app listing page and find the “pre-approve app” button there.
