On first install a full site-wide index will run. Broken links are then automatically checked when you create or edit content and if it has been 7+ days since last check of external or internal links. |
The app provides ongoing automated monitoring of broken links across your entire Confluence instance. The full report will become available after the free trial (30-59 days). Note: Atlassian does not provide an option to end the free trial early. |

No, if you’re on instanceA.atlassian.net it won’t be able to identify broken links to instanceB.atlassian.net even if both are accessible to you. This is a technical limitation imposed by Atlassian. |
