Installation

Open https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1227554/ai-forms-for-confluence?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
Click the Get it now button in the top right.
Install to your Confluence instance.

Getting Started

macro Type /aiforms in the editor and select AI Forms+

REPORT Click Apps then AI Forms+ in the top navbar to view all forms and responses.

Click Next below to step through all of the features and configuration options...

Use the following format to add or edit the form Fields.

FAQs

Due to Forge technical limitations the only way to change the form fields is to edit the Fields textbox using the text-based format listed further up this page. Add new fields line-by-line.

Note: fields cannot be changed after a form response has been submitted.

Yep! You can access the configuration options via two methods:

Apps in top navbar, click AI Forms+ and then click the settings gear icon.
Apps in top navbar, then Manage apps, find AI Forms+ and click the Configure button.

Then toggle enable the notifications, add your email and a custom subject line.
