Miro Agent+ for Jira

Connect Miro to Jira through an AI-powered Rovo agent. Ask questions about Miro boards, members, items, comments, and frames, then view related Jira issue context using natural language.

Setup

1. In Jira, go to Apps in the sidebar and click Miro Agent+

2. Click Connect Miro Account

3. Authorize the app in the Miro popup

4. Your Miro name will appear when connected

What You Can Do

Miro

• Find boards related to a Jira ticket or project

• Search boards visible to you

• View board metadata, members, and items

• View comments and discussion on a board

Jira

• Search issues with JQL

• View issue details, comments, remote links, and transitions

• Check projects, priorities, changelogs, and watchers

• Find issues assigned to you or recently updated

Requirements

• Jira Cloud with Rovo enabled

• Miro account with access to the relevant boards

Data & Privacy

• Read-only - the app never modifies your Miro or Jira data

• OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in Atlassian Forge secure storage

• You can disconnect at any time from the app settings page

• Contact details and sensitive personal fields are redacted where possible

• No data is sent to third-party servers

Troubleshooting

"Not connected" error in Rovo chat
Open the Miro Agent+ settings page and connect your Miro account.

OAuth popup does not close after authorizing
Try disabling popup blockers for your Jira site and reconnect.

Agent does not respond or times out
Refresh the page and try again. If the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect your Miro account.
