Salesforce Agent+ for Jira
Connect Salesforce to Jira through an AI-powered Rovo agent. Ask questions about Salesforce accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, cases, users, object metadata, and related Jira work using natural language.
Setup
In Jira, go to Apps in the sidebar and click Salesforce Agent+
Click Connect Salesforce Account
Authorize the app in the Salesforce popup
Your Salesforce name will appear when connected

Jira Cloud with Rovo enabled
Salesforce account with API access and permission to view the relevant records
Data & Privacy
Read-only - the app never modifies your Salesforce or Jira data
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in Atlassian Forge secure storage
You can disconnect at any time from the app settings page
Contact fields are shown only when explicitly needed for the task
No data is sent to third-party servers
Troubleshooting
"Not connected" error in Rovo chat
Open the Salesforce Agent+ settings page and connect your Salesforce account.
OAuth popup does not close after authorizing
Try disabling popup blockers for your Jira site and reconnect.
Agent does not respond or times out
Refresh the page and try again. If the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect your Salesforce account.
