Google Drive Agent+ for Jira
Connect Google Drive to Jira through an AI-powered Rovo agent. Ask questions about Drive files, folders, shared drives, comments, revisions, and exported Google Workspace content, then view related Jira issue context using natural language.
Setup
In Jira, go to Apps in the sidebar and click Google Drive Agent+
Click Connect Google Drive Account
Authorize the app in the Google popup
Your Google profile name will appear when connected

Requirements
Jira Cloud with Rovo enabled
Google account with access to the relevant Drive files
Data & Privacy
Read-only - the app never modifies your Google Drive or Jira data
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in Atlassian Forge secure storage
You can disconnect at any time from the app settings page
Contact details and sensitive personal fields are redacted where possible
No data is sent to third-party servers
Troubleshooting
"Not connected" error in Rovo chat
Open the Google Drive Agent+ settings page and connect your Google account.
OAuth popup does not close after authorizing
Try disabling popup blockers for your Jira site and reconnect.
Agent does not respond or times out
Refresh the page and try again. If the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect your Google account.
