Monday.com Agent+ for Jira

Connect Monday to Jira through an AI-powered Rovo agent. Ask questions about Monday boards, items, groups, columns, updates, users, and project context, then view related Jira issue details using natural language.

Setup

1. In Jira, go to Apps in the sidebar and click Monday Agent+

2. Click Connect Monday Account

3. Authorize the app in the Monday popup

4. Your Monday account details will appear when connected

Monday

• Find Monday items related to a Jira ticket or project

• Browse boards, groups, columns, and item details

• View item updates, owners, statuses, dates, and metadata

• Search workspace content visible to your connected account

Jira

• Search issues with JQL

• View issue details, comments, remote links, and transitions

• Check projects, priorities, changelogs, and watchers

• Find issues assigned to you or recently updated

Requirements

• Jira Cloud with Rovo enabled

• Monday account with access to the relevant workspace, boards, or items

Data & Privacy

• Read-only - the app never modifies your Monday or Jira data

• OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in Atlassian Forge secure storage

• You can disconnect at any time from the app settings page

• Contact details and sensitive personal fields are redacted where possible

• No data is sent to third-party servers

Troubleshooting

"Not connected" error in Rovo chat
Open the Monday Agent+ settings page and connect your Monday account.

OAuth popup does not close after authorizing
Try disabling popup blockers for your Jira site and reconnect.

Agent does not respond or times out
Refresh the page and try again. If the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect your Monday account.
