FAQs

How often is the data updated?

When initially installed the app will automatically perform a full index of your Confluence content to surface link relationships between pages/blogs. The app will also look for new links each time content is updated or created.

 What is the network graph?

The network graph (demo above) is an interactive graph of all incoming links to the current page. The graph can be opened via the byline or inserted as a macro by enabling Graph in the macro editor.

Click the Load all links button to load the incoming links of incoming links to that page. Additionally you can double-click nodes to load additional link relationships.

How do I display outgoing links?

In the macro editor simply enable the Outgoing option. This will display a list of outgoing links from the current page instead of incoming links.

How do I used the label filter?

The label filter allows you to restrict incoming links only from pages which include the labels you add. To match all labels toggle on the Match All option. On = AND. Off = OR.

 Can I sub-search the results?

Yep the macro by default has the option to search the list of incoming links. Click the magnifying glass icon to test for yourself.
