Installation

  1. Open https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1223133/zoom-recordings-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

  2. Click the Try it free button for a free 30 day trial.

  3. Install to your Confluence instance.

FAQs

There are two options to add cloud recordings:

  1. Click Connect with Zoom and authorize the app to view and add your recordings.

    1. Note: there is a 1-month date range search (from<>to) due to Zoom API restrictions.

  2. Paste one or more Zoom recording links into the textbox and click Add.

    1. Note: password-protected recordings cannot be added through this method.

Zoom cloud recordings require the Viewers can download sharing permission to be enabled in order for the video to be played directly within Confluence.

Have the admin of your Zoom organisation make these changes:

  1. Go to Zoom user permissions and toggle off the pre-approval setting for “Publicly listed apps”.

    1. Or go to the app listing page and find the “pre-approve app” button there.

  2. Ensure these settings are also deselected: IP Address Access Control, Only authenticated users can view cloud recordings, Auto delete cloud recordings after days
